1. The Paris Diamond League Meeting, held on July 7, 2024.
2. Faith Kipyegon set new WR at 1,500 meters of 3:49.04 in Paris, with Jessica Hull taking the big chance and running an Australian NR of 3:50.83!
3. Yaroslava Mahuchikh broke the 37-year-old record in high jump with 2.10 meters, or 6 feet, 10.75 inches. (She also cleared 2.07 m NR for the first time.)

4. The 800 meters in Paris were fast, as Djamel Sedjati ran 1:41.56 and led three men under 1:42!
5. Faith Kipyegon set WR in only her third race of the year!
6. At FBK Hengelo, Ferdinand Omanyala ran 10.01 for nice win.

7. Femke Bol ran 50.02 for the 400 meters, as she builds for the 400m intermediate hurdles at the FBK Games.
8. Mondo Duplantis cleared 6 meters in Paris, and Sam Kendricks cleared 5.95 meters, his best of the year.
