6x150m strideouts,

Cooldown slowly,

hydrate,

change out of wet clothes,

recover,

Josh Kerr, the 2023 World Champ at 1,500 meters, ran the San Diego Holiday Half in both 2022 and 2023. He improved almost two minutes over 13.1 miles in 2023! What a way to begin your run to Paris in 2024!
