This is Week 2, Day 1 of our Winter Recovery.

You can bike, run, walk, or take a nap today, up to you.

Recover any way you want.

At uni, I would take a break from the first week of December until week 3. That was time for finals

and an actual break. I would sleep, go see movies, have a beverage at the Bambury Clock (a bar of much ill repute

on Elm Street, near Bellarmine Prep, above a Denny type establishment).

Recover is physical, spiritual, and mental.

Read a book, see a movie, do nothing, but do it well!
