Grant Holloway is the defending World Indoor Champion at 60 m hurdles, two-time gold (2019, 2022) medalist in World Outdoor 110m hurdles, World record holder at 60m hurdles, Olympic silver medalist, and a fantastic interview.

Grant Holloway is competing indoors, but we know the big stuff comes outdoors! Birmingham is one of my favorite events, indoor or out, and the WIT Final will be killer. The crowd in Birmingham is totally into the event and the announcing is on track.

Watch Grant Holloway’s races. As Grant gets fit, his hurdling becomes this work of art. He is relaxed, focused, and a beastmaster. In many of his indoor races, Grant builds to a four to five-meter lead. His speed is formidable, and his endurance is impressive.

Watch how fast Grant Holloway goes in Birmingham. If he has a few races under his belt, he will be frightening.

Holloway for Birmingham
BIRMINGHAM (GBR): World indoor and outdoor champion Grant Holloway of the USA will compete in the 60m hurdles in Birmingham WIT Final on 25 February. Former world and European indoor champion Andrew Pozzi from Great Britain is also confirmed.

American Grant Holloway dusted himself off after taking silver at #Tokyo2020 to defend his world title tonight in the 110m hurdles at #Oregon22.
