This is our workout for day one, Week Three of the 2023 RunBlogRun Winter Training Block.

The goal of the Winter Training Block is to help prepare you for the outdoor season. Indoor season, in our mind, is a diversion from the season with the most importance, the outdoor season.

The long run is a good day on Sunday, and Monday is a moderate day.

Your workout today is to warm up slowly, 40-minute moderate run, 4 x 250m hills, jog down, and cool down slowly.
