During recovery, I encourage you today to take some time off and give your body and mind a break.

Your workout today is warm-up, slow, 30-minute easy run, and cool-down.

Take some time with your friends, see a movie, take a walk, play a game, read a book, or do something that you normally do not take the time to do while you are training hard.
